Yes, order confirmation emails are usually sent immediately after the order is placed. However, some payment providers such as PayPal make take 1-2 days to process payments. In these cases, the confirmation email is sent only after the payment is completed. If you have not received an order confirmation within 1-2 days of placing your order, please reach out to us at nocollarmadebyme@gmail.com.

Once you place an order, please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 2-5 business days for shipping.

If your order is unfulfilled, we can cancel your order and process a refund if you paid via credit or debit card. If you used a third-party provider such as PayPal, we can try our best to provide you with a refund. If your order has already shipped, we unfortunately cannot cancel your order. To enter a promo code, follow the below instructions:
Go to the Checkout Page – After adding your item(s) to the cart, proceed to checkout.
Find the Promo Code Field – There should be a designated box labeled "Enter Promo Code" before completing the purchase.
Enter the Code – Type in the promo code and click Apply to see the discount reflected in the total.
