RETURN POLICY

• If your order shows up damaged or isn’t the correct item, don’t worry — you’re eligible for a free return, and we’ll take care of the return shipping. Just send us an email to nocollarmadebyme@gmail.com with a photo of the damage, or let us know what was incorrect about the item you received.

• Please initiate your return within 15 days of receiving your damaged or incorrect item(s).

• We will provide a prepaid return label via email so you can ship the item back.

• Once the item is inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

• You may also opt for store credit instead of a refund.

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

​

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

• Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

• The return shipping address will be provided once a return request is initiated.
