Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. While we hope to offer international shipping in the future, we're focusing on providing the best possible service to our domestic customers at this time.

Shipping & Processing Times

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Please note that business days exclude weekends and holidays. Additionally, allow 1-2 business days for processing from the date of purchase. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

The following shipping rates are listed by quantity:

• 1 shirt = $4.00

• 2 shirts = $5.00

• 3 shirts = $6.00

• 4-5 shirts = $7.00

• 6-8 shirts = $8.00

• 9-10 shirts = $9.00

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your USPS tracking number, allowing you to track your package every step of the way until final delivery.

If you would like to purchase more than 10 shirts, please reach out to us at nocollarmadebyme@gmail.com for assistance with bulk orders.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you are eligible for a free return in which you will not need to pay the return shipping cost.

• Please initiate your return within 10 days of receiving your item(s).

• We will provide a prepaid return label via email so you can ship the item back.

• Once the item is inspected, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

• You may also opt for store credit instead of a refund.

• To initiate a return, email us at nocollarmadebyme@gmail.com with your order number, a list of the items you’re returning, the reason for the return (damaged or incorrect), and your email address. Please also provide a brief description of the issue to help us process your request efficiently.

All other Returns: 

• Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

• Final sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

• The return shipping address will be provided once a return request is initiated.

Our tri-blend t-shirts are crafted through a sustainable manufacturing process, using Blue Sign-certified dyes and efficient dye houses that comply with California EPA regulations on wastewater treatment. We use an Los Angeles-based cutting and production facility that operates on partial solar power and feature comprehensive recycling programs for paper waste and fabric scraps, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
